In our practice social and cultural values play a significant role in programming and design of our projects. We often use different survey designs to identify the needs and determine the market demand. We also conduct demographic analysis and evaluate the trends to assess the market strength for a project before we start any planning or design work. We believe this approach gives our clients a distinct advantage in their programming and facility development and management . Our approach called "Concurrent Design" differs greatly from the typical sequential design process as it put emphasis on interrelated aspects of designing, marketing and operating a location-based recreation and leisure facility. Concurrent with services development, we also conduct a capacity assessment of our client's staff. In this work we typically evaluate the entire grounds maintenance operation and recommend management improvements.
